The Participants must be able to walk long distances over uneven and cobblestone surface under the sun. Therefore bringing Comfortable footwear and clothes, hat, sun cream and sun glasses are recommended.  
Winters in some regions of Greece can be quite cold. Hence appropriate clothes are recommended. 

Do not forget : 
Good hiking bootsat least solid ankle-high walking shoes with good profil are essential as the terrain can be quite rugged and is steep at the beginning. Bring water but one bottle should be enough as it can be refilled from one of the springs along the route. 

Light food, li-kesandwiches, energy bars etc. as the walk is approximately 5-6 hours. (3-4 hours for experienced hikers) Sun cream and a hat , plasters in case of blisters. There is time for a swimlunch after the walk so if guests wish they can bring swimwear and towel.

In the beginning and end of the season, a sweaterjacket as well as a rain jacket

Important information:

Due to the considerable amount of walking those wishing to go need to be in excellent health and reasonably fit. Also, due to the altitude of the beginning of the walk those with a fear of heights should not take part. The hike itself is not guided, everybody walks at his/her own speed, with the escorts walking through last to make sure that nobody stays behind.
