Depart early morning from your hotel in the old city of Istanbul for afternoon tour of Gallipoli. The World War I battlefields of Gallipoli are now a serene site. Visit the Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, ANZAC Cove, Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, Ari Burnu Cemetery, Johnston's Jolly (where you'll visit original Allied and Turkish trenches and tunnels), 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial and The Nek. Return to Istanbul after the tour. (L)
1. Customers may be picked up from their hotel where it is located in, or near Sultanahmet (the old city) or in the Taksim area. Pick up, on Day 1, is between 6:15 am and 6:45 am depending on where there hotel is located.
2. Customers can also meet at the Sultan Hostel at 7 am (directions may be found the in pre departure pack).
3. Please advise us of your pick up location upon booking, or at the latest 48 hours before hand, so that we can confirm your pick up time.
4. Return time is 10 pm but depends on the prevailing traffic conditions.
5. This tour does not depart during the 'Anzac Day' period between 20 - 26 April.

The Participants must be able to walk long distances over uneven and cobblestone surface under the sun. Therefore bringing Comfortable footwear and clothes, hat, sun cream and sun glasses are recommended.
Winters in some regions of Turkey can be quite cold. Hence appropriate clothes are recommended.
This tour is not organized during the ANZAC DAYS week.
